This case study outlines the collaboration between a prominent athletic retailer and Edge, a technology provider, to optimize the hiring processes for applicants under 19 years old. The retailer faced inefficiencies and increased costs due to their Applicant Tracking System (ATS) processing unnecessary background checks for minors, which resulted in prolonged turnaround times and operational bottlenecks.
