This case study outlines the implementation of eFACiLiTY® software solutions to enhance facility management operations for a prominent global defence, security, and aerospace company's residential campus in Saudi Arabia. The client faced challenges such as manual data processing and cumbersome reporting processes. To address these issues, a comprehensive software solution was sought, leading to the selection of eFACiLiTY® by Saudi Arabia Catering and Contracting Company (SCCC). The implementation occurred in two phases, covering modules such as Enterprise Asset Management, Helpdesk and Knowledgebase, Facility Booking, and Tenant Billing Systems. These systems improved asset management, streamlined helpdesk operations, and automated tenant billing. The second phase extended the implementation to include Safety, Health, and Environmental services, utilizing modules for risk management, waste management, and incident management. The overall benefits included enhanced operational performance, improved tenant satisfaction, and effective management of risks and incidents, ultimately leading to a more efficient facility management process.
