University of Idaho Enhances Student Experience with MyUI

This case study details the University of Idaho's implementation of the Ellucian Experience platform, which has led to the development of a customized portal named MyUI. The primary objective of MyUI is to modernize the student experience by consolidating various academic and administrative tasks into a single, user-friendly interface. Prior to this implementation, students faced challenges navigating multiple outdated software systems. The MyUI portal features a variety of custom-built cards that provide essential information such as financial aid details, registration dates, and library reservations. Feedback from beta testers has been overwhelmingly positive, indicating that students appreciate the streamlined access to information and the modernized appearance of the portal. The case study also highlights future enhancements planned for faculty and staff, aiming to further improve the overall campus experience. The ongoing development of additional features, such as a housing card and a graduation checklist, reflects the university's commitment to continuously evolving its digital solutions to better serve its students.
