The university, with an enrollment of approximately 3,000 students, sought to optimize its online offerings, which had previously struggled to attract students. The results were significant, with enrollment increasing from fewer than 10 students to nearly 100 in just one year. By the second year, total enrollment across all online programs surged by 81%.
