This case study documents the collaboration between a leading workers' compensation carrier and Enlyte to enhance the specialty bill review workflow. The objective was to improve efficiency and transparency for adjusters managing complex claims, especially in jurisdictions lacking a fee schedule. Enlyte implemented a two-part strategy: first, educating the client's team on determining fair rates and the workflow affected by FairPay Flex, using specific bill examples to highlight potential savings. The second part aimed at minimizing resources spent on disputes, ensuring that the FairPay Flex team would handle these issues on behalf of the client. As a result of this partnership, the client experienced a significant transformation in their bill review process, achieving an overall savings of 53% and 66% in states without fee schedules.
