Digital Transformation Roadmap for The Arts Society

This document is a guide detailing the digital transformation roadmap developed for The Arts Society (TAS) in collaboration with Ergon. The objective was to enhance TAS's digital operations and address shortcomings in their existing IT landscape. The guide outlines the comprehensive enterprise architecture analysis conducted, which focused on data, applications, and user experience. Utilizing the TOGAF® architecture development methodology, the analysis mapped the current state of TAS's enterprise architecture against the envisioned target state, identifying gaps and areas for improvement. The guide presents a three-year roadmap that includes strategic actions evaluated for feasibility and practicality. This roadmap aims to streamline operations, enhance user experience, and foster data-driven decision-making. The collaboration with Ergon has positioned TAS to become a more digitally native organization, integrating structured methodologies and expert insights to create a robust transformation strategy.
