This case study outlines the collaboration between Lloyds Banking Group and Eviden to enhance the employee experience through the implementation of an Employee Center on the ServiceNow platform. The project aimed to create a seamless digital experience for employees, improving access to services and information while focusing on the human aspect of technology. The transition involved migrating from legacy IT Service Management tools to a cloud-based solution, which allowed for enhanced operational efficiency and compliance. The implementation process was structured and involved collaboration among various teams to ensure minimal customization and alignment with the Bank's objectives. Post-implementation, the Employee Center has achieved significant engagement metrics, including approximately 1.5 million page hits and around 50,000 active users. The project has laid the groundwork for further enhancements to digital capabilities and employee experiences, reflecting the Bank's commitment to continuous improvement and user satisfaction.
