This case study details how Sunrise, Switzerland's second-largest telecom provider, unified its cyber security services to enhance customer engagement and drive sales growth. Prior to 2024, Sunrise's separate cyber security offerings created challenges in communication and customer awareness. Recognizing this, Sunrise launched Sunrise Protect in April 2024, a comprehensive digital security portfolio developed in collaboration with F-Secure. The new offering simplifies security for customers by combining device security and identity protection into a single app, alongside network-level protection through Surf Protect DNS Security. The case study outlines the collaborative efforts between Sunrise and F-Secure in sales enablement, customer information, internal activation, and creative marketing. The results of this initiative included a significant increase in average monthly sales, improved customer understanding of the unified value proposition, and sustained momentum into 2025, indicating the long-term potential of the unified strategy.
