This case study details the engagement of F12.net in providing managed IT services for a healthcare company from May 2022 to June 2022, with a budget of less than $10,000. The primary objective was to take over managed IT services, conduct an IT health check, and enhance network security and corporate processes. The project involved a team of 6-10 resources from F12.net, including a Business Innovation Manager, Account Manager, Project Manager, Project Technician, help desk support, and accounting personnel. The client noted that the transition was seamless, with minimal disruption to front-line staff. The engagement led to increased awareness among senior managers regarding the risks associated with inadequate IT security. The workflow was characterized by detailed communication and flexibility to accommodate the client's needs. Although the client suggested that more on-site time could have been beneficial, they acknowledged the challenges posed by COVID-19 during the project.
