This report presents the findings of the Home Purchase Sentiment Index® (HPSI) for August 2024, which is a composite index that tracks consumers’ housing-related attitudes, intentions, and perceptions based on the National Housing Survey® (NHS). The HPSI increased by 0.6 points to 72.1 this month.
