The HPSI increased by 2.0 points to 71.8 in July, with four out of six components showing improvement. Notably, the components that increased include Job Loss Concern, Home Price Outlook, Mortgage Rate Outlook, and Change in Household Income. Conversely, Buying Conditions declined, and Selling Conditions remained unchanged.
