This case study details the partnership between a large health system and First Advantage to improve their pre-employment drug and occupational health screening program. The health system aimed to achieve three main goals: significantly reduce the time from candidate acceptance to Day One, address compliance requirements across various levels, and enhance the candidate experience. The implementation led to a reduction in the average time from offer acceptance to start from over four weeks to under two weeks. Additionally, the partnership improved compliance tracking by developing tailored clinical and non-clinical packages for different roles and states, which minimized human error. The dedicated Concierge team streamlined the candidate experience by guiding them through the screening process and ensuring timely results. Overall, the collaboration allowed the health system's Employee Health departments to focus on their core responsibilities while achieving their screening objectives.
