It outlines the importance of academic partnerships with the food industry and nutrition sciences, highlighting the role of internships and collaborative courses in enhancing employability. The article discusses the impact of digital transformation and the fourth industrial revolution on FST&E education, advocating for a shift towards more active, student-centered learning approaches.
