This technical report presents the DiTraRe Science Campus, which focuses on the digital transformation of research through interdisciplinary collaboration. The report outlines the dimension of Exploration and Knowledge Organisation, detailing the development of AI methods intended to support specific use cases across disciplines such as sports science, chemistry, and biomedical engineering. Key initiatives include the creation of a knowledge graph to enhance motor performance data analysis and the automation of laboratory processes using AI techniques. Furthermore, the report discusses the application of machine learning methods in predicting patient outcomes in ICU settings, showcasing the potential of AI in improving healthcare efficiency. The DiTraRe project aims to provide practical solutions and generalised knowledge applicable to the broader scientific community, addressing challenges in data management, privacy, and accessibility.
