The initiative aimed to improve financial outcomes for a large acute care hospital system transitioning from a legacy foodservice model to Foodbuy. By engaging Culinary Solutions early in the onboarding process, Foodbuy was able to influence product decisions and ensure a clean, accurate order guide aligned with cost-effective items.
