Integrated Health Systems Streamlining for Value-Based Care

The customer, a nonprofit integrated health system operating over 440 care sites across the West Coast and Hawaii, serves approximately 250,000 patients. To address these issues, the customer partnered with The Garage to implement the Bridge platform, which consolidates advanced analytics and clinical data from various sources. This integration has enabled the customer to analyze metrics related to cost of care, utilization, and savings effectively. Within a year, the onboarding of six IPAs was achieved, leading to improved data management and a collaborative approach to care.
