This case study details the website translation project undertaken by GPI for Finest Resorts, a luxury brand under The Excellence Collection. The primary objective was to localize the websites for two premier properties into French and Spanish, catering to global travelers interested in premium resort experiences in Mexico and the Caribbean. GPI began with a thorough review of the Achiga CMS platform, implementing pseudo-localization to assess language support and multilingual workflows. The project included the development of glossaries and language style guides, SEO keyword localization, and services such as translation, transcreation, and in-context review. Custom workflows were designed to facilitate ongoing content updates and ensure brand consistency across different languages and platforms. The successful launch of the localized websites was attributed to GPI's expertise in website translation and global digital marketing, as well as their ability to work effectively with the resort's CMS platform.
