This case study outlines Equinor's initiative to empower midlevel leaders in the context of its dual transformation strategy. As an international energy company aiming for net zero by 2050, Equinor faces the challenge of optimizing its oil and gas portfolio while expanding into renewable energy. To address this, Equinor partnered with Harvard Business Publishing to create a targeted development program for over 800 midlevel managers and professionals.
