This case study outlines Nufarm's initiative to develop its senior leaders through a partnership with Harvard Business Publishing. The objective was to enhance the leadership capabilities of the top 120 executives to effectively drive transformational change and support the company's growth strategy. The program consisted of a three-year sequence of virtual, cohort-based learning experiences designed to embed four leadership principles aimed at improving business performance. Participants engaged in a nine-week learning journey that included discussions with thought leaders, case studies, and immersive exercises. The program emphasized the importance of storytelling and collaboration, enabling leaders to inspire their teams and foster a culture of continuous learning. The results indicated a significant improvement in leadership skills, with 96% of participants planning to apply their new skills on the job and a 13% overall improvement in key leadership behaviors. The case study highlights the impact of aligned leadership development on organizational culture and business growth.
