The initiative includes weekly guided meditation sessions and mindfulness challenges, which have engaged over 350 associates. A dedicated Microsoft Teams group, 'Mindfulness at CarMax,' has fostered community and support among participants. The program has successfully enrolled more than 3,000 associates, who collectively logged 1.5 million minutes of meditation in 2023.
