Tennessee Orthopaedic Clinics Credentialing Process Improvement

This document is a case study detailing the credentialing process improvement at Tennessee Orthopaedic Clinics (TOC) after its merger with two other organizations. The objective was to centralize the credentialing processes of the three merging entities, which had been operating with different systems and procedures.
