Initially operating solely on Amazon, the company expanded to other e-commerce platforms, which introduced new challenges in managing their advertising efforts. The owners, who also held full-time jobs, faced difficulties in understanding the complexities of their operations and managing ad spend effectively. After exploring various tools and seeking professional help, they adopted Adtomic, which marked a significant turning point. With the support of a customer success manager, they implemented a holistic approach to their advertising strategy, focusing on reducing ad spend and optimizing Advertising Cost of Sales (ACoS) through keyword research. The results were notable, with a 21% decrease in ad spend and a 30% reduction in ACoS, alongside an 18-20% improvement in Total Advertising Cost of Sale (TACoS).
