This research article presents a retrospective analysis aimed at determining the effects of a physical activity (PA) program combined with educational sessions on walking capacity and fatigue in individuals with cancer. The study involved 264 participants, with a focus on assessing changes in walking capacity using the 6-minute walk test (6MWT) and fatigue levels through the Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory (MFI-20). Results indicated significant improvements in walking capacity and reductions in fatigue following the 12-week program. The analysis also explored factors that moderated the program's effectiveness, such as initial walking capacity and fatigue levels. Notably, the study found that participants with lower initial walking capacity and higher fatigue scores experienced greater improvements. Despite the positive outcomes, the study highlighted a high drop-out rate, suggesting the need for individualized approaches to enhance program effectiveness. Participant satisfaction was also evaluated, with high levels reported among those who completed the program.
