This document is a case study detailing Anglian Water's initiative to unify their data management through the implementation of a centralized architecture. Anglian Water, a prominent water utility in eastern England, faced challenges with their legacy telemetry data systems, which were inadequate for the increasing volume and complexity of data. The objective was to transition from reactive data collection to a predictive management model, utilizing HighByte Intelligence Hub as a cloud-based solution. This solution enhances data capabilities and supports predictive maintenance by creating a Unified Namespace (UNS) that integrates various data sources. The case study outlines the collaborative approach taken by Novotek, which provided expertise in adapting the Intelligence Hub for Anglian Water's operational needs. Key results include improved data visibility, increased operational efficiency, and the ability to make data-driven decisions. The partnership aims to ensure long-term value and support Anglian Water's digital transformation goals.
