Honeycomb Observability Accelerator Workshops Overview

This document is a guide detailing the Honeycomb Observability Accelerator Workshops designed to enhance onboarding experiences for teams utilizing Honeycomb. It outlines two primary workshop offerings: Honeycomb Fundamentals and Honeycomb Powerups. The Fundamentals workshop focuses on the basics of establishing an observability practice within a collaborative team setting over an intensive one-week session. Key topics include observability infrastructure setup, auto-instrumentation in both pre-production and production environments, service level objectives, and collaborative debugging. The Powerups workshop builds on the Fundamentals, covering intermediate concepts over a two-week session, which is recommended for larger and more complex environments. It includes sessions on sampling methodologies, custom instrumentation, and observability for CI/CD pipelines. Each workshop is led by a dedicated Honeycomb Implementation Engineer to ensure effective training and setup.
