This case study details Accenture's implementation of the Icertis Contract Intelligence platform to enhance its contracting processes. Accenture, a global professional services firm, faced challenges due to its extensive legal team managing thousands of customized legal documents monthly. The objective was to digitize contracts and leverage data to improve the contracting experience while reducing risks. The selected solution supports over 20 contract types and variations, with nearly 3,000 legal professionals accessing the platform across 46 countries. Within nine months, over 90,000 contracts and 1,500 client-specific templates were onboarded. The platform enables an end-to-end contracting process, including automated routing, electronic signatures, and integration with other systems. The results include optimized workflows, enhanced transparency, and advanced analytics that provide insights into contract performance, improving business outcomes. The streamlined contract workflow fosters collaboration between Sales and Legal, ensuring efficient handling of complex client relationships.
