This case study details how Suncoast Credit Union transformed its hiring process through the implementation of iCIMS solutions. Previously, the credit union faced challenges in recruiting, receiving only two to three applications weekly and experiencing prolonged time to fill rates. After launching iCIMS in February 2022, the organization saw a significant increase in applicant volume, receiving over 78,000 applications within a year and surpassing 100,000 applications in 15 months. The time to hire also improved, decreasing from 23 days to 18 days, allowing for quicker onboarding of new employees. The case study highlights the success of a job fair where 2,000 text messages were sent to potential applicants, resulting in 27 hires on the same day. Additionally, iCIMS analytics enabled the credit union to track diversity metrics in hiring, allowing for more informed decisions in attracting a diverse applicant pool. This strategic use of technology has positioned Suncoast for future success.
