This technical report evaluates the efficacy of the Imagine Language & Literacy program within a large Southeast school district, focusing on its impact on English language learners in Grades 1–5. The study addresses the primary research question regarding how the use of this digital learning tool affects students' performance on English language proficiency assessments. Data were collected from a total of 2,757 students who utilized the program and a control group of 1,119 students who did not. The research design employed a quasi-experimental approach, utilizing propensity score matching to ensure baseline equivalence between treatment and control groups. The analysis revealed that 45.1% of users met or exceeded growth expectations compared to 40.3% of non-users. Logistic regression analysis indicated a statistically significant positive relationship between program usage and meeting growth trajectories, suggesting that the Imagine Language & Literacy program may enhance English language proficiency among its users. The report includes detailed demographic data and statistical findings supporting these conclusions.
