Program Assurance for EHR Implementation Case Study

This case study outlines the collaboration between Impact Advisors and a $5.9 billion academic health system for the implementation of the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system. The project involves deploying Epic across an extensive network of 21 hospitals and over 200 physician offices, marking one of the largest Epic rollouts to date.
