This case study documents the engagement of a global staffing company that has been providing light industrial workforce solutions to various sectors, including Fortune 500 enterprises and government agencies, for 14 years. The case study outlines the challenges faced, including difficulties in meeting service level agreements (SLAs) due to high-volume requisitions, recruitment workflow bottlenecks, and complex onboarding processes across multiple vendor management systems (VMS). To address these issues, the company deployed 44 specialized full-time equivalents (FTEs) trained in light industrial hiring. The solution involved streamlining VMS-related tasks and establishing a dedicated out-of-hours team to ensure critical recruitment activities were covered beyond standard business hours. The outcome of these efforts resulted in achieving 100% SLA compliance and improved service ranking from Tier 3 to Tier 1, demonstrating the effectiveness of the implemented strategies in enhancing recruitment efficiency and client satisfaction.
