This case study outlines the credentialing and compliance processes implemented for a leading U.S. healthcare staffing enterprise over a 12-month period. The project involved a dedicated team of 43 resources who managed the workflows for credentialing and compliance, ensuring that all candidates were credentialed without delays, especially during high-volume periods following a merger. The team processed 71,078 nurse profiles and uploaded 246,646 credentialing documents with a focus on speed, accuracy, and compliance. The objective was to maintain timely additions of candidates into the system while freeing up internal teams to concentrate on placements and operational priorities. The document also provides performance data, detailing the monthly compliance checks and document submissions throughout the project duration. The case study emphasizes the importance of effective credentialing in the healthcare staffing market, particularly in travel nursing and allied health staffing sectors.
