This case study outlines the challenges faced by a client who recently acquired three Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Vendor Management System (VMS) customers. The client struggled to manage the workload generated by these new jobs, which amounted to 60-80 new tasks per week across the IT, Device Engineering, and Telecommunications domains.
