Fourth-Party Logistics Case Study for Manufacturer

This case study outlines the implementation of a fourth-party logistics (4PL) program developed by Incora for a major global power systems manufacturer. The manufacturer faced significant challenges, including an On Time Delivery In Full (OTDIF) rate below 80%, management of over 50 suppliers, and high parts per million (PPM) rates.
