Indorama Group PlantOS Implementation Report

This report details the implementation of PlantOS™ at Indorama Group, a global producer of fertilizers, petrochemicals, and fibers. The initiative began in 2023 at the Nakhon Pathom Recycling Plant in Thailand, where 110 sensors were deployed to enhance monitoring and reduce unplanned downtime in recycling operations. Following initial success, the deployment expanded to over 260 sensors in additional plants across Thailand and Indonesia by 2024. By 2025, the partnership extended to regions including EMEA and the Americas, with significant installations at various Indorama facilities. The report outlines the operational benefits achieved through continuous monitoring and prescriptive AI, including the elimination of 862 hours of unplanned downtime and an improvement in mean time between failures (MTBF) to 98 hours.
