This case study details the implementation of Production Outcomes as a Service at Southern Province Cement Company (SPCC), a prominent Saudi cement producer. The maintenance team at SPCC faced challenges with traditional predictive tools, which led to 'Alert Fatigue' and inefficient operations. To address these issues, SPCC partnered with Infinite Uptime, adopting a full-service model that eliminated capital expenditure barriers and allowed for immediate digitalization of assets. The deployment included 193 high-frequency sensors across critical equipment, supported by a 24/7 team of reliability experts who vetted AI-generated anomalies. This integration resulted in a significant reduction in unplanned downtime, preserving 27,814 tons of production within 120 days. The partnership transformed SPCC's operations from reactive firefighting to a more proactive approach, enabling the team to start each day with a prioritized list of maintenance tasks based on verified data, thus enhancing operational reliability.
