Data Risk Management Program Advise Plan

This document is a guide detailing the Advise Plan, which establishes and matures an organization’s Data Risk Management (DRM) program. It begins with a systematic analysis of data risk and the organization's capacity to manage it, reviewing relevant policies, procedures, and audit findings. The assessment includes stakeholder interviews and security architecture analysis, benchmarking against industry best practices, and culminates in a comprehensive Findings and Recommendations report. Following this, a detailed Annual Program Roadmap and Program Plan are developed to assist the organization in building its DRM program. The Advise Plan collaborates with organizations to establish governance strategies, enhance visibility into data, and manage risk through technical and procedural controls. It aims to provide a dynamic strategy that adapts to the evolving regulatory and business landscape, ensuring organizations can continuously develop and mature their data governance practices.
