Enhancement of Chemical Diagnostics System

This document is a technical report detailing the enhancement of a chemical diagnostics system for a nuclear power plant, specifically for the customer Framatome. The report outlines the initial situation where new requirements emerged after the system was commissioned, necessitating rapid adaptations to avoid impairing the overall commissioning process. It describes the challenges faced, including the need to understand and map the existing complex system to facilitate targeted expansions of legacy functions and software architecture. The report presents the solution, which involved long-term agile collaboration with Framatome, including variable project staffing both in Erlangen and Slovakia.
