The initial situation describes Siemens Healthineers' testing of X-ray machines under laboratory conditions and the need to optimize quality by simulating real-world usage patterns using sensor data. The objectives include increasing product quality through realistic laboratory tests and creating an AI-based prototype for innovation. The solution involves identifying the optimization problem, advising on software solutions, and developing an artificial intelligence prototyping system using infoteam's Deep Planner Framework. The outcome is a representative AI-based usage pattern that serves as a foundation for further development and scaling into an operational software product. Additionally, a precise project volume estimate was provided for rapid prototyping, confirming the project's feasibility retrospectively.
