This case study outlines the comprehensive digital transformation undertaken by InfoVision for a healthcare provider operating 24 hospitals and over 125 health centers. The objective was to enhance the client's digital presence, particularly in the UAE, by creating a user-friendly website and mobile application. The solution aimed to streamline patient interactions and improve overall customer experience. The project involved a complete redesign of the outdated website into a modern, HIPAA-compliant WordPress CMS platform, which included a multi-site architecture for managing different brands. Additionally, a seamless appointment booking system was developed, accessible via both web and mobile apps, allowing patients and call center agents to manage appointments efficiently. The mobile application enabled patients to register, view doctor profiles, manage appointments, access medical history, and receive real-time notifications. The implementation resulted in a 20% increase in conversion rates, a 35% increase in online appointment bookings, and a fourfold improvement in customer experience.
