PortmanDentex Implementation of Oracle Cloud Applications

This case study outlines the implementation of Oracle Cloud Applications at PortmanDentex, a dental care organization formed by the merger of Portman Dental Care and Dentex Health. The project aimed to enhance the employee experience by providing a robust back-office solution that supports organizational complexity, efficiency, and scalability. The implementation involved a phased approach, beginning with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) and followed by Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The Inoapps Evolve methodology was selected to facilitate this transformation, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new dental practices and integration of systems. The case study details the importance of change management and the proactive partnership between PortmanDentex and Inoapps, which contributed to the project's success. The first phase of HCM implementation has been completed, with plans for further expansion and continuous improvement in the future.
