Public Sector Finance and HR Modernization with Oracle Cloud

This case study details the collaboration between the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual) and Inoapps to modernize Ofqual's HR and finance systems. Faced with legacy systems reaching end of life, Ofqual sought a cloud-first solution that would support essential business processes such as HR, finance, recruitment, and onboarding while adhering to a limited budget. Inoapps, recognized as an Oracle Partner, engaged with Ofqual through workshops and prototypes to identify specific needs. Following this collaborative effort, Ofqual selected Inoapps to implement Oracle Cloud Financials and Oracle Cloud HCM, along with additional modules for recruitment and onboarding. The project was executed successfully, going live on budget and within six months. The case study emphasizes the importance of a strong working relationship and knowledge sharing between Ofqual and Inoapps during the implementation process, which contributed to the project's timely completion.
