This technical report presents a methodology aimed at reducing accidents associated with specialized hospital equipment, enhancing safety management protocols, and ensuring operational reliability. The study systematically analyzes 55 documented incidents across four critical dimensions: personnel, equipment, environment, and management, identifying a total of 73 causative factors. The research employs the Apriori algorithm to uncover significant association rules and utilizes advanced network analysis tools for visualization. Findings indicate that while the frequency of accidents is relatively low, multiple contributing factors coexist, including equipment leakage, non-compliance with operational protocols, and deficiencies in safety management. The report categorizes accidents based on their attributes and employs a hierarchical analysis to break down causes into personnel, equipment, management, and environmental factors. The study aims to develop evidence-based prevention strategies to enhance safety management systems and optimize accident mitigation measures in healthcare settings.
