Leveraging Labour Network Analysis for Workforce Strategies

This research article explores the application of labour network analysis to enhance workforce strategies in Slovenia. By identifying influential occupations and understanding labour market dynamics from 2010 to 2020, the study provides valuable insights for policymakers, employment services, and educational institutions. The findings aim to improve job matching, inform training programs, and support evidence-based policymaking aligned with sustainable economic growth and workforce resilience.
