This case study documents the implementation of a remote work solution for Fiduciaria, a financial entity located in Bogotá, Colombia. The primary challenge faced was the transition to remote work during the pandemic, coinciding with the acquisition of the IPC platform and physical turrets. The Fiduciaria sought a solution that would enable simultaneous communications across various applications, enhancing productivity and collaboration among traders. The implemented solution included the use of Unigy, NICE NTR, and IQ/MAX Touch, which facilitated remote access to all functionalities required for financial operations. A VPN router was established to ensure secure connectivity to the office's firewall, allowing traders to operate from home without losing business capabilities. The project complied with health regulations during implementation, and the results indicate that Fiduciaria has successfully leveraged the IPC platform despite initial challenges, maintaining operational efficiency and productivity.
