This case study details the implementation of the Unigy system for Interbank Financial Services (IFS), a brokerage firm in Poland. The document outlines the challenges faced by IFS, including the need for a flexible and remote solution to accommodate the growth of electronic trading and limited server room space. IFS opted for IPC's Unigy system, Unigy Soft Client, IPC Agility, and VFC logger after evaluating market trends and recognizing the decline in voice transactions during the COVID-19 pandemic. The solution was provided through a partnership with Dotcom, which specialized in dealing room solutions. The implementation involved leasing the system to avoid capital investment, with all servers installed in a virtual environment at Dotcom's premises. A dedicated connection was established between Dotcom and IFS for secure remote work. The results indicate high satisfaction with the solution's performance and customer service, ensuring compliance and efficient access for users both in the office and remotely.
