This case study addresses the communication challenges faced by a financial services client before engaging with iuvo. The client had previously invested a significant amount in Polycom equipment, which proved to be ineffective and user-unfriendly, leading to a lack of adoption among employees. iuvo conducted a thorough investigation to determine if the existing equipment could be salvaged but concluded it could not meet the company's needs. Subsequently, they proposed a new solution, Ring Central Meetings, after performing a feasibility study and gathering employee feedback. A successful proof of concept was established to build trust with the client, leading to the implementation of the new system. The results included a 95% decrease in hardware costs, significant savings in renewal and service fees, and the introduction of new revenue streams through webinars. The new system enhanced communication and collaboration capabilities, transforming the client's operational processes.
