Kuwait National Petroleum Company Procurement Strategy

This solution integrates with KNPC's existing systems and enhances procurement capabilities through features such as supplier registration, tender management, and advanced evaluation tools. The portal aims to streamline procurement activities, improve supplier interactions, and ensure compliance with security protocols. Additionally, the document outlines the benefits of the new system, including improved operational efficiency, enhanced security measures, and the ability to access procurement data remotely. KNPC is also exploring further enhancements through Big Data and Supplier Performance Management tools.
