Shifting Work Preferences in the Age of GenAI

The report details the reasons jobseekers may refuse job offers, including values and social impact considerations. It also examines GenAI adoption rates among job seekers, their experiences with the technology, and their preparedness for the changing work environment. The findings highlight the critical role of talent in the labor market and the varying priorities of job seekers across different regions, particularly in Switzerland, where work-life balance is prioritized.
