BBN Formula Information QR Code Management System Implementation

This document is a case study detailing the implementation of a BBN Formula Information QR Code Management System developed on the Joget platform. The system was designed to manage backend database operations with permission controls, allowing users to track maintenance history and customize QR code generation for raw materials. The solution addressed challenges faced by a beverage canning factory, including the need for accurate labeling of raw materials based on beverage formulas. The implementation resulted in significant operational improvements, including the elimination of over 130,000 label replacements annually, a reduction of 10,000 working hours, and a decrease in forklift travel distance from 720 kilometers to zero. The system also streamlined the process of upgrading BBN formulas, reducing the time required from one month to virtually instantaneous. The case study highlights the collaboration with Valuprosys Technology, which provided support in digitalizing manual processes and optimizing operations within the food and beverage industry.
