Roofing System Solution for River City Business Park

This technical report outlines the roofing system solution implemented for the River City Business Park, a site previously occupied by the Carondelet Coke facility. The project, completed by Gateway Roofing, LLC in December 2023, involved the installation of a new energy-efficient roofing system across three buildings, covering over 461,000 square feet. The roofing system utilized JM’s ENRGY 3® Polyisocyanurate foam board for insulation and a 60 mil TPO membrane for waterproofing, with a mechanically fastened installation and robot-welded seams. The project was managed by Miles Rosa, Senior Estimator and Project Manager at Gateway Roofing, which is recognized as the largest minority-owned roofing contractor in the Metropolitan St. Louis area. The collaboration with Johns Manville and local representatives ensured timely delivery of materials and adherence to project timelines. The report emphasizes the successful execution of the roofing project in alignment with environmental sustainability goals.
